Attractive & Sturdy Construction and Easy to Locate

Our aluminium externally placed barrier control cabinet has been designed to stand out from the rest. Its sleek looks are achieved by investing heavily into aluminium extrusions to ensure product longevity, making it look as good as the day it was installed.

Available in standard red/white and black/red combinations, the cabinet may also be supplied in other optional colours to suit your needs.

The power input to our automatic barrier is 230V with an integral frequency inverter that powers a three phase motor, thus offering reliability and high torque.

This sturdy control cabinet, motor and gearbox combination provides a smooth, consistent barrier operation without the need for springs or counterweights.

In addition, the 230V single phase supply means that the barrier can be located where three phase supply would otherwise be difficult or costly.

Safety & Security

Our CE and TUV approved barriers are provided with a safety strip beneath the barrier arm as standard (for non-articulated arms). This strip stops the barrier from lowering as soon as an obstruction is encountered.

In addition, we use an optional combination of photocells and safety inductive loops (the latter installed beneath the road surface) to ensure safety and security.

Optional red/green arm lights make the barrier more visible during the evening and 12″ signs (e.g. “Stop”, “No Entry”) provide clarity for drivers. Optional warning sirens, flashing beacons and traffic lights that are linked to the barrier’s operation also aid safety.
